Ryan McNeill has had a long history in the security field. Starting as early as high school and shortly after for his school district in upstate New York. Providing static and sporting event protection. Ryan worked over ten years in the static security industry for retail organizations shortly after leaving Upstate NY. Mr. McNeill not only worked the site, but also provided crime prevention plans to alleviate client financial loss. This segued a career into providing site security for Lockheed Martin protecting top secret military projects, which national security clearance was obtained.
While conducting security operations Ryan started a construction firm, which grew into a multi-million dollar company. This took Ryan’s attention away from the security industry to focus on continuing to grow the company. Not bowing to defeat, Ryan then started a solar energy firm and has built it into one of the largest in the Mid-Atlantic region.
